Profile: | The company JenLab GmbH was founded as spin-off from the Medical Faculty of the Friedrich Schiller University Jena in September 1999. Primary goals of the company are the development and the establishment of innovative bioinstrumentation based on Femtosecond Laser Technology for biotechnology, cell biology and medicine. Our femt-O-cut system uses compact femtosecond NIR lasers for 3-dimensional nanoprocessing in transparent materials. The ultraprecise cutting and hole-drilling combined with high-resolution non-invasive 3D imaging can be used in characterising optical storage media. |
