Patented plasma source and ion accelerator designs are deployed in a range of broad ion beam sources from 10 to 30 cm. In addition to its own technology base developed since 1972 Nordiko combines technology cross licensing agreements with Canon Anelva Corporation and Canon Anelva Engineering Corporation which adds up to a formidable knowledge base. |
